For anyone who has ever tried to set up a complex shipping rates table for many regions with multiple weight/unit breaks etc you will appreciate that this can be a very time consuming and inefficient process entering all the values manually. To make matters worse, adjusting yrou shipping rates then becomes a repeat of the whole messy process.
Import/Export Shipping Rates in ecommerce

The suggestion is that the new ecommerce module will provide the ability to import/export these entries so they may be readily created and adjusted within excel to be re-imported to update existing and add new entries.
