Entering the final migration season. Everything you need to know.

BC EoL is less than a month away and we're doing our best to help you during this final migration season. Unlike our software and infrastructure (😏), our human resources have their limits so here is everything you need to know to minimize your stress and risks during the next 30 days...

Migration

Migrating the site with the "BC to Treepl" app is by far the quickest and easiest solution but it may take several days to complete, especially for larger websites.

REMINDER:
Migrating a BC site to Treepl's trial site is free.
The migration rates apply only when you decide to make your site live on Treepl.
The migration won't affect your BC site's content, files, or code.

Migration For Site Owners

If you are a site owner, we have our Migration For Site Owners page updated with all the necessary info and options available.

Treepl Services

Currently Treepl Services' capacity is 80% booked up until September 26th. We work on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please contact us now and check on the current cost and delivery of your previously estimated projects.

Treepl Support

As we approach the EoL date the response time for support tickets may take longer than usual.
Treepl's data centers require more maintenance than usual so we will be upgrading our servers during the nighttime without prior warning.
